Jingle Comms is Pathfinder International magazine’s annual festive campaign to send message of support to our troops either on duty in the UK, or away on operations and exercises overseas during Christmas.
The campaign is now in it’s third year and continues to receive full backing and support from the military community and the general public.
Each year, the December issue of Pathfinder is adorned with messages and images, some from loved ones to personnel away, some from strangers, thanking all for their efforts and serving our country over what can be a hard time away.
2020 has taken extra significance this year for Jingle Comms with the armed forces being at the forefront and frontline in our battle with the coronavirus pandemic.
547 armed forces personnel have been directly involved with COVID duties with an additional 7,500 personnel on standby as part of the Government’s Winter Preparedness Package who can be called on for COVID tasks.
Therefore, we urge as many of you as possible to send us your festive messages of support for our troops.
You can leave a message on the Jingle Comms posts on our various social media accounts you see shared or you can send images and messages to Pathfinder editor, Mal Robinson at MRobinson@balticpublications.co.uk and put Jingle Comms in the subject line.
All messages need to be received by 5pm Friday November 27 to ensure they are featured in the print issue of the magazine. Messages received after that will be used online.
