Veterans’ mental health charity Combat Stress turned 100 this year and to celebrate this special milestone they have launched the Do 100 challenge! They’re asking people to do 100 of literally anything to help raise funds for the At Ease Appeal…
For a century Combat Stress has helped former servicemen and women deal with trauma-related mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict. Their life-changing treatment helps veterans tackle the past and take on the future.
To take part in the Do 100 challenge you need to pledge to do 100 of anything you choose and raise funds for the At Ease Appeal. The sky is the limit, you could swim 100 lengths, bake 100 cakes, walk to work for 100 days or get the whole family involved and pledge to pick up 100 pieces of litter from your street.
You could choose to take on a physically demanding challenge or something that the whole family could do. Your challenge could take you an afternoon, a month or take place over 100 days – it is completely up to you!

The At Ease Appeal is the charity’s major appeal to help veterans be themselves again. By taking part in the Do 100 challenge, you will help Combat Stress to be here for veterans today, tomorrow and in the years to come.
